Size and weight

In our packing house we clean and select the fruits before packing them.
In average our fruits has between 400g to 550g  each.
The packing house and the size, you can see in the picture above, as well as the selecting machine.

The production for exportation.

The Bona Farm is able to produce, without losing quality, during the season , from middle of March until end of June, the following quantities of fruits:

  • We estimate each year to produce 45.000 boxes, with 5 kg .
  • 3000 boxes each week. – Shipped three times a week.
  • The production starts from 15th of March and ends about 28th of June, which means 15 weeks of production.
